Shadow bug?

Idk why but when ever i play fallout 4 theres always some sort of problem

this time its the shadows, the pipboy is completely blank and the shadows look like car oil in a puddle

Change your Ambient Occlusion to HBAO. It's a problem with the recent nVidia Drivers.

Alternatively you could roll back your drivers.

me too tried older drivers changing settings even starting new game with no mods nothing helps well i will have to play like that :(

I think I have the same problem. For example when I look at the mountains they will look dark, but if I move a little bit, the dark part of disappear and the reappear, it flickers between dark and bright. I fixed this by using SSAO instead of HBAO+.

i try everything nothing fixed for me i have other shadow problem but i fixed it by deleting all ini file from documents and let the game to make new one but not this i think this may be from nvidia driver dont know i try reverting to old one no joy so i will have to play like that
