There isn't, this DLC was clearly made with no consideration for people playing on survival.

Edit:
Seriously that stupid ass tram into the place plays the intro for a full 1 minute every time you visit, meantime everyone else can just fast travel to avoid that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

♥♥♥♥ tons of empty bottles laying around... Collect them, fill with dirty water and then turn it into pure - 3 dirty = 1 pure...

There's also plenty of Nuka Cola laying around, which does combat dehydration, oddly enough... Who'd have thought that they'd be so common in Nuka World?

Sometimes you gotta think outside of the box - apparently too hard for some people...

I've never bothered with it... There's so much radaway laying around that lead belly is a wasted perk IMO...

Not to mention there are food items, or the refreshing beverage which also cleanse rads...

I've just been drinking straight form the rivers and lakes. You don't pick up many rads in doing so and you have the doctor and several items that remove rads.

Note - there is a better option than visiting the Dr. - in the settlement build mode, under Power there is the group for building recruiting beacons - however, if you scroll to the very end of that item set, at the very end is a decontamination Arch - Build that, hook it up to a generator (requires 2 power), then turn it on - walk through it and it instantly removes your rads. I have one in most every settlement. Note: this might require one of the DLC - not sure b/c I bought the season pass early.

If you're still looking for a clean water source, South of Nuka World and Nuka World Transit is a small trailer belong to Evan (Evan's Shack?) there is a functional water pump there you can fill up.

Additionally, out near the haunted house, there's a camp full of surprisingly high level settlers, who also have a clean water pump.

Considerations were made for Survival mode. People just suck at videogames and want their tendies now.

The Vault-tec demonstration has a clean water source.

Evan's home is just perfect for the clean water refilling routine in NW.

Safe and fast way, decent respawn-able loot around, top bed availability...

btw, the place has a touching story too... wikia for details...

There is also a pair of sinks in Nuka Galaxy's "Vault-Tec: Among the Stars." Enter thru the ground floor exit, go thru the door marked employee's only, then take a left into a room with a red light and the sinks will be on your right.

You don't need to take the tram everytime, there are 2 icons on the map, one for the tram and the other takes you straight to just outside the market.

Same with coming back, and Far Harbour.
