Don't leave the roof, don't use the mini gun/power armor and use stealth?
FFS, survival mode is intended to be hard. Don't come here are whine about it being hard.
1 Molotov is 100% death in survival mode.
Normal setting is balanced you ♥♥♥♥♥♥, what part of survival suggested it was balanced?
You know what, you are just stupid. That's the problem. Why should anyone dance around the real issue.
But most of the time i don't even need to use the cover or high ground. A couple of stealth headshots from a sniper rifle is enough.
Stealth is really the best way to play survival mode, because everything deals much more damage.
Its called Survival for a reason lol.
If SURVIVING requires you to use cheap tactics then do it or you will die.
Guy plays on the hardest setting and comes here crying about how it's not balanced.
That one solution is you tool, maybe approach it from a direction that isn't just you trying to brute force down enemies in the hardest possible game setting.
Land more head shots, use landmines and lure it, blow up a car next to it. Your total inability to be creative is your fault not the games fault. Survival mode isn't for you.
I'm sure there are other ways besides cheesing it, like not doing that mission until you are a high enough level to deal with the Deathclaw, or going to the north of sanctuary and grabbing that mini nuke launcher from that scrap yard and finding a few mini nukes by either killing suiciders or from static locations. You could even try to trigger the DeathClaw to appear by running over there while there are still raiders out and letting them "help" you kill him, though they provide more a distraction then any real stopping power. I'm sure there are several other methods one could think of.
But I'm under the impression you want him dead A.S.A.P. So using the inside of a building as cover is probably the easiest, safest, and fastest choice for you.
But then again maybe if your sheild didn't have such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ regen it would be viable. /joke
