Quest - Home Sweet Home Bug fixes...

Hello all,

So my modded or non modded saves for FO4 will not let me progress the Quest: Home Sweet Home. I can talk to Shank and and go through all the dialong up to the point where he wants me to select a location to setup my FIRST raider outpost. The ingame menu does not come up.( See this video for the EXACT same problem I have: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YE6m4JpeLIg )

So. I was going to double cross the raiders all along anyways. Again, a save that has had mods or no mods I could not get him to let me select a location. My fix, In the console type: Completequest 06000804. ( 06000804 is the quest ID for: Home Sweet Home. ) The outcome: I finished the quest and recieved all the rewards. The scripts for radiant portions of the quest are marked DORMANT and NOT running. Gage loved it and gave me his perk and after telling me his life story and how much he LOVES me now, I blew his head off. Death to the Raider scum.

did you get the achivement ? I had a simmilar problem and also used the console but did nto get the achivement

This dose not help me whatsoever

I have the same issue i fixed all the problems with the settlements and still have no way to complete this quest?
