an use it in any settlement???
♥♥♥♥ I was wondering why there wasn't a mod to do that.
Turns out I'm just a moron.
Thank you!
Outstanding!
do you have any mods to increase settlement building space? I had that issue before with spring cleaning.
Nope, I play vanilla. Maybe not as sexy as mods. But I don't have to worry about anything breaking when an update comes along.
Try this, build some stairs that go above the level of the roof and put some turrets on the smaller wooden floors that connect to the stairs, then remove the stairs :)
its the trick I always use to get turrets up higher
Sorry, it wasn't the turrets that were the problem. They would sit on top of the vault atrium with no problem. I just couldn't put a generator up there. It fell through the ceiling/floor. Then again I didn't try floating it like you suggest.
yea just have it float, it will work for the generator too, its just a trick I use to get things where I want when it can't sit on a specific object
select the generator with console
modpos <axis> <number>
example:
modpos x -39
modpos y 213
the position will stick for as long as you dont move the generator somewhere else
