Weaponized Nuka Cola Quantum?

I got the paddle ball, and I saw that there were Nuka Cola modifications. One of them was "Quantum Paddle Ball". It said that it needed "Weaponized Nuka Cola Quantum". Anyone know how to get this?

I believe you have to find the bottling plant and find Project Cobalt. I might be thinking about something else with Quantum though.

It's actually a garbage mod and is actually more worth it to save the Weaponized NC-Q for The Upgraded Thirst Zapper


Since the NC-Q Paddle Ball would be more useful if the ammo wasnt so hard to get...

I can't imagine that the Paddle Ball would be a good weapon considering how easily they break in real life.

How do you get the Upgraded Thirst Zapper?

You get a Zapper through the main quest line pretty early in. Just keep it on your or at a weapons bench until you get the required schematics for upgrading it.
