Star Control Quest in Nuka World DLC Ended Prematurely
An optional quest in the Star Control is to the Clear the Galactic Zone (of Robots). When I did that, the Star Control Quest ended. I do not have all 35 Star Cores, but had already turned in around 20 plus. I'm sure that this is not the way the quest ends. Did I turn in the cores too soon? Or did I clear the Galactic Zone too soon, too?

Once you've plugged in enough cores to shut down the defenses, the quest ends. But you can still continue to collect the star cores until you've found them all, it just isn't tracked by a quest anymore.

If you need to see the general area that the remaining star cores are hidden in, you can use the Star Control terminal. It will tell you what parts of the park still have undiscovered star cores in them.

Keep in mind that one of the star cores can't be collected until after you've restored power to Nuka-World.

Thanks HoroSaga!
If you have 34 installed it calls for 35, but there are only 34 slots to put them in. where does the last one go?

If I recall correctly, there are 35 slots, but it's easy to overlook some of them. I had to go back and scan over the terminals a few times before I spotted the ones I missed.

But, just to be on the safe side, I'll go take a quick peek in my game.

EDIT - Yup, there are thirty-five slots on the terminals in the Star Command control room. The easiest slot to overlook is the one that's close to the ground, just to the right of the interactive terminal, and partially obscured by a random box that's sitting in front of the terminal.

No worries. :)

I was honestly trying to figure out a way to help point out where they all were, but short of taking a dozen pictures of all the terminals I couldn't think of any practical way to do it. :P
