Cappy quest bug cant complete

I have found the last 3 cappy secrets: Safari Adventure, Galactic Zone and Nuka Town.
Im wearing the cappy glass but every time i click on one of this secret, game dont registry and quest still saying i didnt found them and i cant click on them anymore. Need to reload the game and leave the quest at this stage. Anyone with the same problem? I need a soultion maybe with the command cheats. Need Help :(

I also had this issue. I remember activating them, but my character didn't comment on it when I did. For me the issue was that the one I thought hadn't been activated had, so my subsequent attempts were on the wrong one. You can teleport to the right ones by typing the following into the console window.

MoveToQuestTarget DLC04MS01

You'll need to repeat it 3 times, once for cappy.

Thx man. But i just skip this part and i unlock the office door with console command, and the quest move on luckily. I think the entire stage quest was bugged, normally it had to be something like 20-30-40 quest stage but mine was 1010, totally wrong... I tried every command for fix the stage but nothing worked.
