Voices are not working [SPECIFIC TO NUKA WORLD]

So the voices don't work, the cheering of the crowd and effects do, but neither my character or people talking work. Anyone knows how to fix this? I've searched everywhere already.
And yes, my speakers are set to stereo.

Well, I'm sorry I can't help but I don't have the file called "DLCNukaWorld - Voices_en" so I don't have any voices, too. Maybe it's your problem, too

This is a link to download the missing DLCNukaWorld - Voices_en.ba2 that I got from a video on YT regarding the DLC.

It'll take you to a page that has a blue button in the center that says "Free Download". Click it and you'll be met with another button that says "Create Download Link" yeah it sounds REALLY shady but keep with it. When you click the button another tab will open up, this is just an advert so close it immediately. Go back to the previous tab and it will say "Click To Download".

After that just drop it in the Fallout 4/Data folder and there you go! ^,^

Don't download any of the link in steam discussions, just verify your game files. It could be mods messing it up too, maybe?

Hopefully a verification will work. It didn't for me so after investigating I came across the above file. The file worked for me when the verification didn't. I just hope one of these two solutions helps out the OP.
