How Do i upgrade Wasteland Warlord Perk???

I'm literally staring at the perk tree for almost an hour now and I still can't find the perk to upgrade.

It's not in the perk tree. The perk upgrades depending on how many Raider outposts you have. I'm pretty sure you get level 3 at 8 outposts.

Oh I meant to write, that a conquered an settlement but without getting the perk - I can't conquere another because of this

You have to plant the flag of the raider group you want to have the outpost befor its really captured, just completing the raid doesnt do it automaticly.

thats not true, i can place the flag before even going to nukaworld (including pole). If im not mistaken its the last tab on the right, thats the raider tab, there just search till you find it. Im not sure about the location but i am sure that you can place it, even before nuka world.

Found this post on Google trying to figure out how to grant myself the Warlord perks. I manually skipped the Home Sweet Home quest to keep both the raiders in Nuka World and the Minutemen in the Commonwealth.

Anyway, you can grant yourself the Warlord perk ranks by inputting "player.addperk 060277d0" on the console. Then "060277d1" and finally "060277d2". It's important you go in order or you won't get all 3 ranks for in-game building. In the console it will tell you "rank 1" each time which is misleading. Ignore that.

Someone will whine about necro. Learn how search results work and then go blame their algorithm.

You necro'd a necro to point out the obvious. Dude. You. When the OP originally asked, Nuka-World was released Aug 30th 2016 --- A DAY AND A HALF PRIOR. Talk about your true Fallout fans, they were probably still awake and played all night. Full-price or Season Pass gamers, got to love that!

But dude? No one cares. At all. Like not even a little. Not about you not wanting to conquer the Commonwealth settlements like you were supposed to, not about you cheating, not about your necro, not about you pretending to be helpful but just patting yourself on the back. No one cares. Not even me. But you said "Someone will whine" so clearly I HAD TO... and no one cares about that, either.

well he did add to it. so anyone else that searches will also see his/her results. a necro is only truly a necro if it is dead and irrelevant.
