So about Cito...

So I want to keep Cito in the Safari Adventure park while the raiders move in. However, I plan on killing on the raiders once I've done all their quests. When I go to Safari Adventure, what will happen to Cito? Will he and his family fight against me with the raiders or will they just do nothing?

They will do nothing. Though, on a side note, having Cito as an companion would've been nice.

just done it and if your CHAR is high enough you can ask him to share the park with the raiders

You can find a note from one of Cito's human parents in the primate house next to a Nuka Cola. It's just a nice touch
