Cappy in a haystack bug

Is anyone else having a problem with the second to last objective? The game won't let me talk to Sierra and I can just snag the stuff in the vault safe without triggering anything, except being told to talk to Sierra, but she still won't talk. And i can't talk to the head either.

I have a problem where the dialogue for finding one of the Cappy clues won't initiate, nor will the quest objective update.

Same here. She just stuck in the middle of vault entrance area and never moves...

Exactly.

solved. Leave the building and go to the vault again. It works for me.

Leaving didn't work for me. She is just standing there at the bottom of the elevator. Tried moveto player too to see if she was stuck on something but she just stands there. This game is ridiculous.

I fixed it by using moveto player on her when I was standing in front you know who

I tried that too. She moved into place but then nothing happened. I couldn't talk to him, talking to her did nothing. I hit the switch on the right wall and it progressed.

I have the same problem--Sierra AND the head won't talk to me. The only thing left to do was pull the plug, grab all the goodies, and head out of the vault. THEN Sierra talks to me. I think this is the best ending. Otherwise (from YouTube video) I have to decide to side with the Sierra or with the head (forgot the Nuka founder's name).

Ditto. Exiting and re-entering moved her to next to the head, but still no dialogue trigger.

It does trigger all the post-talking stuff properly when you leave/re-enter, though.

Try fixing by leaving/re-entering.

If that doesn't work:
bring up console
click on her
resetAI
It sometimes fixes AI who just stand around instead of doing what they should be doing.

If you want all the toys you should side with Sierra, then pull the plug (she will go hostile though).

So I fixed my game when she bugged out by repeatedly meleeing her until she was off the catwalk. She's essential so she won't die.

when i'm at the safari adventure primate house, it won't let me press the last cappy! I AM SO CLOSE! any solutions?
