Settlement Keywords not working right??

The short version is that basically, some objects aren't in the game. They're in the workshop menu and everything, they're just iconless, and when placing the object, nothing shows up. These issues have only been occuring since my boyfriend and I actually bought the game after having a pirated copy for a while. (Note: The game is on HIS account and these issues, again, only started after bought the game) Building our settlements has become basically impossible and we've tried everything from un/reinstalling EVERYTHING (NMM, FO4, all of our mods, etc), to a number of odd suggestions and "solutions." Obviously, nothing has worked. PLEASE HELP!!!

I think the Settlement keywords is just the frame work for other mods to use. So it could be a different mod as well. The new dlc released today (tuesday), so might take a few days to update the mods, that need them.

We just need to wait for the framework mods to update then the mods using those frameworks, AWKCR has just updated for nukaworld today, would imagine setttlement keywords wont be far behing, VIS will probably follow sooner or later. DEF UI already has a Nukaworld patch but admit its a beta version so may or may not work prorperly.

In other words just a matter of time.

We've had the issue since before Nukaworld. But we've booted up windows 10 and we're installing everything there. Hopefully we don't have any more problems once we get the game back up and running.
UPDATE: Same issue. Installed FO4, NMM, and then SKI and we're still missing things from the workshop menu. The only thing we haven't tried is a full system restore but, we're trying to avoid doing this.
