It is stupid how well it does work. You have a problem any sort of problem with any dlc item? Cant find it? Or its just not there? Here have a working copy.... That just blows my mind how good it is. COME ON WHAT DO YOU MEAN WORKS FOR NO 1? It worked for me am i no1? Do i count as you no1?
That'll be cus that's not the point of the mod, that mod makes it so people like me with the issue of having a lot of settlement and workshop content mods, can still access the base game and dlc content in the workshop menu. I'm here because I was trying to find the raider flags and not even having a raider section in the menu. Some mods take up the slots made for those items. Kinda like how some radio mods take up the slot from other radio mods or vanilla stations.
I have no clue what your issue is, but try disabling a few mods to see. If not that then it might be because the game glitched. Believe it or not Fallout 4 has just a few, tiny, barely noticeable, never game breaking, harmless bugs...
Edit: Also given the context I think they were referring to No. 1 as in the OC's issue.
