Explosion near Weston water treatment plant?

I just heard a big explosion when I was looting that place after killing every enemy in there.
Piper said to check if there were any survivor but I honestly don t see anything in the area. Is it some kind of quest and if so is it missable?

There is not even a side quest to investigate the crashed ship.

The only thing that directs you to it is to either see it crash (which I told him how to see it next time) or follow the distress signal (which he obviously missed as well.)

Some people have a really hard time following a conversation. Maybe because they are too busy trying to start an arguement or looking for some chance to throw insults.

I gave a small amount of information and it was ignored. People kept making wrong guess as to what it was.

Incongruent... That is not the same as adjusting your world view or attitude towards a concept based on digital fonts on a terminal from a human expressing their viewpoints on a subject. It is similar, though.
