Vault-tec videos on loading

On start on Fallout 4, I randomly have a Vault-Tec black&white old school video, with a cartoon about one of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. perks. It's really good for the global ambiance on start, but now I almost never see it again before starting the game.
Does anyone knows how it works, how to see it each time before playing ?

The first time I installed the game I sat there and touched nothing, and it played them all. In a random sequence I think, but without duplication/repetition.

If you use mods, Video's of the Wastelands.

You can craft all the SPECIAL tapes and watch them over and over while you drink nuka cola.

"Video's of the Wastelands" ? is it an embedded mod, or something to add from Nexus, or any other mods provider (I got some issues to add extra-mods from Nexus, and tbh, afraid to lost my progression when I modify some of the system files)
