clear out beaver creek lanes

Where do i go for this? It's sending me to a boat harbour but i cant do anything there

By boat harbor, do you mean the Nakano residence? On the main Fallout 4 map? Beaver Creek Lanes is a location (specifically a bowling alley) in Far Harbor. Some of the Brotherhood, Institute, or Railroad quests can send you to Far Harbor even if you haven't started the DLC yet.

Far Harbor is the game's big dlc, and if you're high enough level to go there, quests from RR, MM and BoS will definitely show up there.

It may be one of these related quests:
Cleansing the Commonwealth
Leading by Example
Pest Control
Quartermastery
Randolph Safehouse

Could you open the console ( the ` / ~ key on normal keyboards) and type in

sqt

That will bring up the id numbers of your current quest listing. Help figure out which one it is.

This will begin Far Harbor's dlc if you choose to do that.

read my post and figure out which of these quests it is, and it'll be easy to just set-stage your way to avoid having to do that whole thing first.

Yeah, that is the way to Far Harbor. Normally you either just talk to the Nakanos directly, or by getting the quest from Ellie at Valentine's Detective Agency (after rescuing Nick and progressing the main questline a bit). Unfortunately, some of the radiant quests can send you to locations in areas that aren't on the main map. This is a problem in Skyrim as well.

You will either need to start the Far Harbor DLC to do this quest (You just have to talk with the Nakanos, take the boat, and complete a single battle once you get to the island. Then you will be able to freely travel around the island.), or as El Brockko said use console commands to complete it.

I have the first mission for nakano active and i've done some cleansing of the common wealth
