None that I'm aware of. The issue is that Fallout 4 is hardly very stable in itself. I would think trying to force a game that was designed to be single-player only, to be multiplayer, isn't going to work well.

There actually is one, but like most single player massive world games not originally created to do this, I have serious doubts particularly because the team is still struggling. With 'together' reborn being released, this video will help you out a bit. There's only 1 person still 'working' on the team that did Skyrim Together. Probably never going to come out.
