Can Neon Flats be added to trade routes?
I just bought the neon flats in Goodneighbor. Was wondering if I can connect it to my settlement routes. for settlement sharing of supplies?

Is this a mod?

Because you can also buy a house in Diamond city too but cannot link a supply line sadly.

This is an addition from the Creators club. Purchased from Bethesda. Not a mod.

I ask, because after purchasing the flat, I discovered it doesn't contain a chemistry station and you cannot add a power armor station. So, if I can't add it to the trade routes, I won't be able to use the flat's workshop to store junk since the power armor station and chemistry station is back at Sanctuary.

FWIW, Creation Club content is considered "Mods", not DLC items.

Seriously? so the achievements are disabled if I use even the creation club? Wow. Ok, thanks for that info.

I do not use creation club content, because there are way better free options out there, so I can not answer that question accurately. My point was more towards when you are asking for help, or discussing an issue, that creation club content items are considered mods for the sake of discussion and trouble-shooting.
Edit, there are also a couple mods that enable achievements with mod use.

No, The CC content doesn't disable achievements. Mods from the ingame mods menu will, but not CC stuff.

Ok. that'll work. I was worried there for a moment. I have 1,000+ hours in the game, but according to my achievements, I have never made an achievement past level 25. (bet you can't guess at what point I started adding mods...)
So, was going to start over with no mods. I know I can download a mod to get the achievements, but that mod isn't offered through the in game mod options.

Have a look at Buffout4 "mod" on Nexus, it gets installed directly in your games root folder, and does not need to be "activated" thru the in-game mod manager. It is more of a Dynamic Link Library, like FOSE, and adds some useful things, like crash reports, and enabling achievements with using other mods.

Note:
Adding 3rd party settlements to the workshop system is a permanent step.
It will break your save game if you uninstall the mod or the CC content.

Hmm. Thanks for the warning. I didn't know it was possible to remove or uninstall CC purchased items.
As for the mods...well, that's a given.
