This means regardless of the accuracy rating of the gun, with a Long Finned Barrel, the first shot will always place on the dot perfectly, and each subsequent shot will as well so long as you allow the recoil recovery period to pass.
This makes Long Finned Barrels extremely good for the Revolver and Bolt Action Pipe weapons.
For automatics and Semi-Automatic with High ROF (.45 Pipe gun for example) the Long ported barrel is better.
Yeah, honestly this is just my observation, I might be misinterpreting the actual effect based on what I percieve is happening.
