They obviously don't care about SJW's because if they did, there would be no "Thin" option for females at all. Just Blubbering Landwhale to Hamplanet.
As far as vanilla bodily options go, things are quite basic. There aren't any height or proportion differences (no longer body, shorter limbs, or vice versa), let alone different body types (there's no pear, rectangle, or triangle shape any more than there is a true hourglass shape). You've got a single standard body type plus a rough representation of different muscle or fat mass upon it.
Ironically, there's a corset in the game (as Cait's default outfit), but it's not the tight-laced version of the corset that became known for deforming the body. Traditionally, corsets could serve other functions including providing better distribution of support for a large, heavy dress or skirt (much like the way it's easier to carry weight in a properly attached backpack). Cait certainly doesn't seem to have been harmed by hers.
First of all, that's BS since you don't know what proportions I'm talking about. A good example of what I mean is that if you make the in-game body bigger, she just gets really fat. There's no option to make her curvy and thick rather than just fat.
I'm not a fan of thin girls. I'm not a fan of corsets.
I know they call it a corset, but it is not. It is a snug leather vest.
