This, really, for me.
I do think that there's a very good potential here though. I'd love it if they didn't require other mods to work like Looksmenu or cbbe or whatever else people have used to get around the fact that the skin in this game is still complete garbage.
I'd LOVE to have a tattoo stand for settlement building.

Did they have tattoo shops in other Fallout games? Why dont like?
I suspect that whoever was in charge of putting them in the base game *didn't like tattoos* in real life, and that was reflected in their very substandard implementation.
The Diamond City area has a dozen or more small sidequests, and all the people in the marketplace are quite functional for things they literally tell you as you walk by them. Surgery/healing, barber, whatever.
