I I think I missed a step. I got into the elevator went all the way down. Icon show patriot above me maybe a floor. I go down the hall (only way to go) to another elevator. That take me to a room with maybe Shawn in a glass area. I can not talk to him the room has 3 doors that need a key. The few videos I saw show the SS taking some stairs but in the room with the first elevator the side door is blocked but the sliding door to the transporter did open.
where should I go or if I go back to a save just before I enter the transporter in the CW what should me my next step?

Assuming you used the Railroad to build the teleporter,. Undercover quest starts as well. You should be able to talk the the kid (Shawn) through the glass. This has to happen for Father to trigger and come in the room. You can then leave the area to meet Patriot.

It was with the RR. Do I just talk to the kid or do I need to plug something in the panel on the glass. I did hear a voice telling me to meet him. I guess I need to turn on that one in my PIP boy. Meeting patriot is turned on. Also I will walk closer and around the glass.

Yes. Just pretend there is no glass and walk up to the kid.

Thank you that was the problem I was not getting close to him. I have deiced to meet with Patriot fist even if I almost agree with father what they did was wrong and I feel sorry for Kellogg when I lean about his past. I did want to kill father right then but new better. This is personal and I hope I get to kill him my self.
