What level is your character? You'd want to put off most of the dlc until after either finishing or coming close to finishing the main storyline (mainly because it's easier to do some of them at higher level, and you won't have to worry about other bits interfering with your main story).
Far Harbor can be reached by going up to the very very right-upper corner of the map, and finding the Nakano residence, or going to the Valentine Detective agency after completing most of nick's stuff so that his receptionist tells you there's an important case waiting and then talk to her about it.
Nuka World can be found as a radio broadcast on the far west side of the map, somewhere in the middle.
The Vault 88 missions start as a help broadcast.
Mechanist will start if you encounter the robots on the road and assist them to hook up with Ada or I believe there's also another help request on the radio for those too.
Of all of these Far Harbor is definitely higher-difficulty all around, so you might want to be sure you have a decent build, gear, and ammo...
EDIT: I realize I just sent some folks to their death.
So all I Gotta do is level up r it by and this is weird to ask but how do I look at my character level?
1) Press the button for your Pip-Boy menu (TAB by default).
2) In the upper-right, it'll show your current character level, along with how far you are to the next level.
earliest you can do automatron dlc with the mechanist is lvl 15 with the distress signal
nuka world and far harbor you can go anytime top right corner of the map past the canning factory (far harbor) or the slightly north of West basically to the side of sunshine co settlement near the ration storage area (nuka world).
Vault tech same you can go in the quarry near quincy on the middle south of the map around jamaican plains area.
Do note in each the enemies are tougher and you should go when you get the distress signals / pipboy messages from each. In far harbor it's valentine's quest from his office. Nuka world and vault tech workshop are trial by fire as some gunners (nuka world) and some ghouls (vault tech) are guarding the nuka trolley / quarries. The far harbor you'll know once you get to far harbor and have to deal with some high lvl enemies. Tbh automatron is the easiest especially if you get the sword from the drumlin dinner (gotta kill the gang) and codsworth companion perk (25% less damage from robots or to robots idr)
Alright make sure to do that thanks
