My controller is moving to fast in menu?

Hello im trying to play on controller and i can't even select an option because its moving to fast.
And i did install mods last year but i reinstalled the game is there a way to check if there gone or uninstall them

What brand are you using ? . I've used mainly Microsoft controllers in the past and now using
a Razer Wolverine one . I'm not 100% shore on this but I think you change the '' sensitivity ''
in the settings menu . ( on my controller ) I an use the '' star '' button to go thru the items one at a time .

How did you install mods in the first place , I first disable my mods ( I use a vortex Mod manager ) and then reinstall them once I've given the game .ini files to '' set up '' themselves . If you manually installed the mods they should have been erased when you uninstalled your game .

I used vortex mod manager but then i uninstalled the game from steam and installed it again.
Im not sure if that fixes the problem or removes the mods.

Also im using orginal sony PS4 controller i have also tried xbox controller but same issue.
Lowering the sensitivity doesn't work. Its menu speed it goes super fast

for fallout 4 your fps has to be capped at 60. otherwise things go crazy- menu selector moves too fast to select anything, bobby pins break at the first little twitch....other stuff goes wrong but those are the only two i remember seeing
