Where can I find a doctor?

Diamond City or Goodneighbor early in the game. You should be able to buy chems or get healed for a price.

There is a Ghoul Doctor between ArcJet and some Campsite (the one with the two Yagoui and cabins. She is usally in the non radiated part during daylight hours.

There are loads but you are guaranteed to find one at certain locations like towns. They might close their shop outside of work hours though. For example, Diamond City. Stimpacks, food and radaway are usually all you need though.
