Question about fallout 4 wildlife (Animals)?
I have read both wiki's but not much info, I know that rad chickens are docile but are rad rabbits docile?

Is there a particular part of the map that definitely has rabbits/chickens on it? How come we can't use those cages to add these animals to our settlements? It would be good to get some eggs and rabbit meat out of them. Are eggs a thing?

Bethesda are very lazy at making cross dlc support.

Hence why we don't have things like dlc animals in workshop dlc cages.

For that you need mods.

Tho suprisingly there is some cross support with Automatron dlc and Nuka World dlc with the robot parts from said dlc.

So its possible..they just didn't bother with other similar stuff.

Don't ever give up your dream of being dropkicked to the moon. Thanks to Bethesda physics in Skyrim, I once had a Khajiit character killed by a salmon trying to knock him into orbit.

I think you should refrase that "Hence why we don't have nice things like dlc animals in workshop dlc cages." sounds more like the truth without sugarcoating it.

Also check out the smaller islands around the main island. Their is a quest the that have notes, a locked cabin and a family. No need to tell you of the dangers. If you have a few hours in to fallout 4 you know to keep an eye out.

Even if they included them, they'd need to be limited to use on the Island or in Nuka World (for their respective creatures), since that's the only place you could logically trap them.

The few extra Automatron parts from Nuka World don't have that problem since you build them yourself.

There are much nicer sse mods then there is fallout 4 mods not sure why that is for an example: mods that add more realism not any or not as many for fallout 4 but there are many for sse to be honest skyrim is much better then fallout 4 weather this be oldrim or sse plus the ai animation is better in skyrim and sse not so much fallout 4 I still have problems with the ai of fallout 4 settlers with default and building mods settlers still wont farm the crops but the settlement always show at the top of the workshop mode that the food is going up automaticly makes no sense when there is no one at or 5 feet near the crops.

I've already listed all the locations where I have seen rabbits and chicken before, so those areas are ones where it's certainly possible.
Note that I walked around, not fast traveled.
