systematic crash during the prologue

Fellows of Steam, I need your help. My game systematically crashes during the prologue. When my character is running to the vault before the nuclear explosion, it's a crash to desktop.

I have already played it for nearly 200h with my previous pc which comes with a Radeon RX Vega 56 without too much troubles. But now, my new pc has a Nvidia RTX 3070 and Fallout 4 crashes again and again...I'm sad because I love this game and want to keep on playing it :|

It goes way back & you can read about it, choose to ignore it or go play in traffic xD

Except that for some people it absolutely IS on and obviously a problem.

I would simply think that it may be tapping prior config if they are using a new piece of hardware but owned the game longer than that video card, where it wouldn't have been a problem for an earlier, older card.
