Theres no tool folder in my data folder

I'm trying to use the bodyslide mod because the original textures look like they were made of clay but to open it i nee to go into the tools folder then open bodyslide but i can't seem to find the tools folder. I've watched youtube videos and they all had the tools folder so i don't know why i wouldn't. i just want my character to look better any help would be appreciated.

Are you positive that you've installed bodyslide correctly? It should install itself. You can also just make a new folder and name it, I would imagine.

I'm like 99% sure i did it right. maybe I'm just dumb. I might just give up on my dreams

Should be in 'Steam\Steamapps\Common\Fallout 4\Data'. That's where I just found my own.
