Far Harbour Echo Lake Settlers?

Anyone know how long does it take, that Settlers arrive at the Echo Lake Mill Settlement.
After i builded all, Houses with 32 Beds, Food, Water and the Beacon you normaly need in every Settlement, i sat down on some Couch and waited, first 1 Day, than even 3 Days.
Will there ever come someone or why it needs that long?

Unless you have God-like charisma, why 32 beds? Just go do some other task for a few days then come back. You can also monitor growth via pip-boy. Sometimes some arrive immediately but not always. You could also move settlers from another base if you want to build up rapidly.

Usually takes a minute or less for the first three settlers to arrive after you report back to Berta. I mean, you report, look at the map and there are settlers already.

Was echo lake one of them that you had to set it up and then go back and talk to someone?

32 beds is excellent for when you wind up with higher cha and gear, and a caravan comes through... I average 40.

the best thing to do is leave that settlement, then, when you're not paying attention to it, it will get 18 people that you don't know what to do with :)

they have to go back to the girl to make the beacon actually work first.

Btw, When i start my new Game, can i start with that DLC i like to or do i really have to do first the Main Storyline? Cause i like Far Harbour sooo much .
