Mod Organizer 2 - Not pulling data from right location...
So, due to having One drive installed, my main directory for Fallout4prefs.ini is in C:\Users\[username]\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Fallout4.

It took me 2 days to find the culprit.

However now, Mod Organizer 2 doesn't seem to be taking info from the fallout4prefs.ini above. I've changed resolution to 3440x1440 in fallout4prefs.ini and also

[General]
bGamepadEnable=0

However, if i launch from F4SE (MO2) it wont recognize the resolution or the gamepad disablement, but it does when i launch from the launcher.

Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

Once you have created an instance for FO4, or made a portable installation of MO2 for FO4, MO2 uses its own internally saved ini files for your game.

Double check that the edits you want are actually in MO2's internal files by clicking the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar and then select "ini editor". Any ini entries you want MO2 to recognize must be in there. If they are not, enter them in the ini editor and hit the "Save" bar at the bottom.
