In general, once an NPC is dead, they are dead. Console commands might bring back the body, but won't un-run the scripts. They likely won't function properly. Your only real choices are to move on, or to reload a save from before the NPC dies.
That unfortunately didn't work, I have also tired spawning him with console with player.placeatme but with no results
Guess I gotta move on
I don't understand why Bethesda throws so many insults at their customers via NPCs, and the NPCs almost never are redemed. You save Rhys' life and that of Danse and Haylen as well. Rhys gets his butt kicked by ghouls and lost that other Knight in Danse's squad to ghouls, and send SS out alone to fight ghouls and insults SS as he does it.
How could you not kill Rhys? And Danse lets that go on under his command? Stupid synth!
