Test Buffout 4?

Maxwell's World[nexusmods.com] recommends to install Buffout 4[nexusmods.com]; I'd rather test the latter before installing the former. Anyone can let me know how to test if Buffout 4 is working correctly?

if you want to install buffout , you may install xSE plugin preloader and that will show you if it´s working correctly.

Anything related can be found on an article in nexus page about it. I hope it helps.

I read on the article you suggested

There are two additional mods whose usefulness alongside Buffout 4 is currently debated:
- xSE Plugin Preloader

so I'm confused. And as I saw it as a requirement, I already had it installed (before creating this thread).
