if CTD happens after new game try diffrent grafic setting.
and find what works for you
you might want to see if the Godrays are the cause for CTD
Godrays under advanced button its allways turned on unless you turn it off by hand btw
on each time the Fallout4Launcher.exe starts it will set Godrays to on!
get it to work without mods first after that you can try see if you can enable some mods.
Well that got the windowed mode to work but it still crashed after clicking new game. I don't have any mods installed on account of never being able to get into the game lol. And all the graphic settings are set to low. I don't have a high powered setup or anything but my laptop does have Nvidia GeForce 710m and I can run games like Skyrim, BioShock, Sims 3 etc with no problems. :( Any other ideas?

anyway since it also can be the drivers for your grafic or any setting on your pc
installation its hard to give you a proper response only saw some got it with that mobil chip to work, but does not say it will preform well.
Running it through GeForce experience got it to work. Looks fine. Thanks!
i got a Frekin 970, windforce to boost.
my problem is simple, i can't switch Setting after buying the Season pass, i tried normally, i tried Geforce experience, still nothing works, it just goes to full screen, and not borderless window
