If im Googling how i turn V-sync on, is there only how to disable V-sync.
Anyways do you know how i do that? I just wanna 30 Fps or 45 Fps.
If i disable V-sync (whats allready is), runs my Pc trough the Hell and is Loud.
Please Help me with this issue and sorry for bad english.
Im planning to Buy FO4 but if this is not existing in Fallout then its make non sense to buy it.

V-sync is turned on and off via your GPU. If you have an nVidia card then look under the nVidia Control Panel. If you have another card, post your specs here and someone else may be able to help.

I don't own a Raedeon card, but I found a post that says in the Catalyst Control Center there is an option called Wait for vertical refresh, I believe this is Raedeon's version of v-sync.

this catalyst is no longer supported, there is something else is just called (i think) by me Radeon Settings and raptr but raptr its useless for advenced Pc users.
I checked the settings and found an option with my GPU im testing right now and look how it is.

So the highest point thats make me worried says:
GPU
Engine: like 968.47Mhz
64°C

Is it even okey that my Pc can go such hot and run with like 950Mhz?

Im not sure now that Mhz is also called in english

Go to documents - my games - fallout4 - open fallout4.ini control+f [Display]

and either change
iPresetInterval= to iPresetInterval=1

If it isn't under [Display] add it

I don't know how to enable global vsync with amd, google.

and yes 64c is just fine, 75c is getting pretty hot but still okay, 78c - 80c is an issue

The Radeon 7900 series by design can reach up to 94° Celsius but, will throttle itself down once it reaches near the thermal maximum to reduce heat as a fail safe.

ive found out that if i disable grass in Fallout4.ini is it like playing without V-sync.
I disabled it and it ran fast... to fast. And now i just let the Grass on but the size a bit smaller.

Thanks for Helping everyone and letting me decide to Buy Fallout 4!

i anyways gonna buy a new CPU and hope it loads faster and doesent stuck in the loading screen loop.
It can be that my old Cracked Fallout 4 version the issue is.
