Any activity is usually a bit away up the road.
There are several area's in the game where there are fps drops for no apparent reason, just looking one way in a couple of area's can cause it.
It's just a foible (Look it up, I did for the spelling) of the game engine I guess.
Well I wrote all that and didn't see this............
"The time has already been slowed down"........... I have no idea what that is, I have never seen it.
I guess, I have to live with that ^^ It doesn't give me any disadvantages in the game,
I just never saw this before. At first I thought, it was a perk, that accidentally got activated, but then I realised, this isn't Skyrim ^^
I still think, it could be a mod, causing that problem, but anyways, as I said - thank you both for responding and trying to help me, I really appreciate that :) I'll try fixing this by disabling one mod at a time, maybe this will help...
Thanks again and have a nice day ;-)
Why do you care if it is? If it helps others having the issue ( which you wouldn't know if they are or not ) then it is good to post on it again.
And I have never had this issue the OP is referring to. But I use no mods and have weapon debris turned off and god rays on medium. This is after my close to 700 hrs play time.
It's a special type of Radstorm from Natural and Atmospheric Commonwealth (NAC)[www.nexusmods.com] Here's the solution as of 0.9.1b:
