What's with the Asian stereotyping in this game?

Literally, almost all the doctors I've met so far have all been Asian for some reason. Dr. Sun at DC, Dr Rachel at Vault 81, Dr Carrington of the railroad. Yes, there are other white doctors but they aren't as notable as the Asian doctors you find. There's no other asian race NPC I can recall encountering that isnt a doctor, maybe just that trash seller in Diamond City.
Seriously Bethesda? Is there no better roles they can think of for an Asian NPC?

Name me another doctor then. Most of the other doctors are not even wearing a lab coat or doctors in the sense that they're scientists, not medical doctors.

Generic:
-> Doctor Carrington[fallout.wikia.com], who is member of the Railroad;
-> Doctor Weathers[fallout.wikia.com], one of the traveling merchants;
-> Doctor Volkert[fallout.wikia.com], member of the Institute;
-> Doctor Cade[fallout.wikia.com], a knight with the Brotherhood;
-> Doctor Bethany[fallout.wikia.com], a ghoul doctor;
-> Doctor Anderson[fallout.wikia.com], a doctor found through a random encounter;

All of them are medical doctors, who sell medical supplies and cure radiation poisoning and addictions, and none of them are or are made to look asian.

Doctors arnt the asian sterotype now if every one of those npc used kung fu and busted out numb chucks you might have a point but as of now you dont.

You're forgetting Captain Zao of the Yangtze-31.

They're doctors and one's a ghoul captain of a nuclear submarine. Would you rather they are working for 1 cap a day rebuilding the Commonwealth's railroad or washing your laundry? Maybe you'd like them to have "opium" dens (more like Mentats or Jet) so your Sole Survivor and Hancock can go and get a buzz there? Or maybe having a martial arts studio and teaching ancient and highly illegal/forbidden techniques of Wire Fu fighting?

Asian doctors are at least are in demand in the Commonwealth. Its a repsectable art. Asofar as the drug-peddling Chinese as I mentioned above, I could see a doctor who's turned to pushing drugs in FO4. So long as his personality/speech isn't over the top stereotype; I'd expect a Bostonian accent at least.

BTW, I'm Asian, so I am definately not offended by any sort of "portrayal".

I hadn't been particularly paying attention to race, but you've got the three members of the Nakano family to kick off Far Harbour's questline, and Jun and Marcy Long as part of the group you rescue from Concord. I assume you mean "Myrna" as the trash seller in Diamond City, so there's also the water seller, Sheng Kawolski, in there.

I can't say I'd noticed a high asian population in the Commonwealth, but then, most of the people I've met were raiders, and my interactions with them were usually more of the bullet-delivery variety.

There are no races in this game. It's possible to make a character look like a particular race, but there is no "race" button in the character creator. Grab the Dr. Carrinton NPC object from the Creation Kit. Is there anything that says he's Asian? NO! No check box, no flag, no special asset, nothing.

Well, Bethesda could take a page out of Joe Fixit/Gray Hulk who had sex with Marlo Chandler, I don't see why Strong couldn't get it on with the SS.
