Animations/all interactions not working

I've run into an issue where I can't use any object or crafting station that requires any sort of animation. When I activate crafting benches, my PC stands there for a second in front of the bench in third person, then I get control a few seconds later, with the camera now messed up or frozen until I load. Same thing happens with terminals and power armor. Power armor shows no animation, I suddenly appear in the armor, but I can't get out. It begins the animation, then goes back to first person inside the armor.

I'm running a lot of mods but have done everything I can to troubleshoot the issue, to no avail.

Dude, you necro'd an 8 year old thread that never got any hits.

You need to run your game CAPPED AT 60 FPS.

Do that first, see if that helps.
