How do i reduce my Endurance level??

i accidently set up my endurance level to 16 lol...
i want to reduce it to 10..
however it even gets wirder, because i actully see that when i go to the perk selection menu what i see under the endurance line is just 2 stars... although i got 16..
so i want two things:
1)make the game to know that im level 10... (it thinks im level 2 endurance right now)
2) make it to level 10 so ill unlock all perks assosiated with that perk.

now it says 24... lol
now the game thinks i have 10 indurance but unfortanetly i got 24...
this makes it to easy

Try typing “player.modav endurance -10“ on the console command

It reduces it back to 14... lol
because the game thinks my 24 endu points are actully 10 points

And reassign your skills

You may have to reduce another one to assign points properly.

Restart with a fresh character and try again.

If you're open to using console just level yourself to where you are now and auto-complete the quests you've done thus far.
