Activating Protectron Personality
Does anybody bother with giving Protectrons a personality? It seems rather useless since it doesn't change the robot's weapons (for example if you have a Police Protectron it will have Police weapons even if you give him Construction worker personality). Some personalities can actually be dangerous as the Construction (will ask for your hard hat and if you don't wear one it will attack), or the Subway Stewart (asks for your Subway token- memories of Fallout 3- if you don't show it, it attacks you).

personality has nothing to do with weapons or defense
what perosnality does it changes the AI arridtude and speech response.
if want diffrent weapons need build your own robot and equip it with diffrent weapon kit. (needs automatron dlc)

Well, setting the Protections to a certain "task" enables different abilities:

It's just a YMCA thing for those 4 protectrons at Robotics Pioneer Park.

If you set them to Train Steward, they leave you alone as long as you have Subway Tokens.

Well thanks all of you pretty much confirmed what I said in the OP, however, the question is, do you ever bother to do so? Any particular advantage to one personality or another?
