Yes. No viruses and works pretty well. Both site and manager.

Some shady mods May have a virus in them, so careful with the "3 downloads" mods.

Mods don't have a virus, esp files don't modify your computer nor do esm files; the most they'll do is change your game in an unexpected way if you're downloading "new" mods without any feedback in them, so you may want to check into that before thinking that.
If they're a legitimate virus, they'll be a .vbs, or .exe file, .bat's can be edited to see what they do.

It is safe, Mod Organizer is superior though.

If you're the kind of person that doesn't use ublock origin, any webside could be unsafe and slow so it depends how experienced you are. Live and learn.

Nexus doesn't offer ads that open popups and tries to control its ad network by user report, doesn't matter either way regardless of using an adblocker that makes them lose revenue and stops ads that don't really do anything to you and don't obscure the page.

Dont use it. Installing mods manual is drag and drop amount of difficulting and mods are to much trouble not to do it properly. Learn the basics.

it's easy sure, but then you want to disable that mod for some reason or uninstall it. Now it's more tedious. NMM does it all. Nice and easy, even supports multiple profiles. With a single click I can switch between my Frost optimized mod list, and my normal mod list. I don't have to uninstall anything if I don't want too.

Yes. McAfee is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy. Oh wat, the AV program. Yeah, its normal - McAffee pretty much sucks which is why its *bundled* everywhere. Nobody'd buy it otherwise.

McAfee is terrible..
And so is its developer, John McAfee who is full of themselves.

before I got an adblocker, the nexus site was so full of swarms of ads that I could not navigate on the site. But it may be my computer. I am notorious for going to the wrong sites, if you know what I mean. When I did get to use the site, the mods didn't cause viruses. Some did cause unexpected changes or CTDs. If you are really worried about it, the mods that the nexus mod manager downloads for you and installs should be quite safe. virus wise. Not saying that the mod won't ♥♥♥♥ up your game. Mods are always a risk even when they don't have viruses.

isn't that the free one you can download off the internet? As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
