putting letters on the Marquee sign.

I have my sign with the arrow powered up but I can not put the letters on the sign only on the ground. What I'm I doing wrong

They SHOULD just clip, are you using any mods at all?

Using the Marquee letters and not the wall decoration letters, right? I have to ask for completeness. Never had a problem with the marquee letters on the marquee.

I want to use the black Acrylic letters I do not like the neon but I can get the neon to work.

The letters are found after the arrows. Those are the only ones which will stick to the marquee sign properly.

I found them for some reason I can not stick them to the marquee. If I move the mouse over the ground I can see the outline for placement but when I move the mouse over the marquee the outline of the latter disrepair's. I will try again with the power off.
