be exceptional mod

Has anyone used this?
I have installed all the required mods and plugins.
But when i press on T to level the ui pops up and i see 4 perk points on the bottom. and a cog wheel. and the attributes at the top.
Besides that it is empty. I dont see any skills to level up or any way to use the perk points.
Anyone who knows whats up?

Your char is already exceptional in the game. And by the time you reach around level 60, pretty much a super hero. With no mods. At level 70+, a god among mortals. Even on Very Hard or Survival.

better to ask on the mod's forums I would think so mod dev or others using the mod will be more likely to see

Yeah this is not a boost mod. But a revert mod to the old leveling system in the earlier games.
