I know if you go along with her regular questline she dies from a drug overdose. Game mechanics being what they are, that might be your only option.

I already convinced her to quit drugs. I'm collecting all unique items in my current play. There must be a way.

Well that's the only thing I can think of if you want to get her outfit legitimately through game mechanics. Otherwise you'd have to resort to console I think. However, for anyone else who doesn't know - you get 5 visions from her, 5 different drugs, and then she winds up overdosing.

Someone else might have another idea though. There's usually some kind of wacky gimmick that covers for "oops..." situations :P

It's flagged as non playable, which means it won't appear in inventory menus whatever you try.
So console it is

*sigh* that explains why. I didn't know there is a flag for that. So it will never show up, and it will probably disappear if i use it or get it dressed to someone else.
