Silver Shroud Quest wouldn't start

I can't figure out how to make the shroud quest progress. I got the gear, talked to the guy in the memory den and the quest starts. But now I can listen to the shroud radio as long as I want - nothing happens except I now know every silver shroud episode.
Is there some trick I missed?

If you're using PC, you can also force the quest to continue. First find the Quest ID in the link above. It's usually in the chart on the right at the top of the page (but not always.) You can also check the "Bugs" section and you'll sometimes find it there. Then find the stage of the quest you want in the chart in the link above. Then use the following console commands according to these ruies:

SetStage <QuestID> <Quest stage number> – Moves the quest in your quest log to the indicated quest stage. Recommended command for moving past bugged sections of quests rather than forcing the entire quest to become completed. This command can only set the quest to a further stage; it cannot return you to a stage you have already completed. Input for Quest Stage is an INT; 10, 20, 30, etc.

GetStage <QuestID> – Returns the quest's current stage number. Return Value is a 4 digit REAL; 10.00, 20.00, 30.00, etc.

I had to use this a couple of times in my own playthrough.

I read the fandom wiki before and now again. It brought me to an idea. I simply went over and killed Wayne Delacey without beeing called for by the radio and there you go. It now progresses normally. Thanks anyway for the help
