Underground Undercover
just wanted to make sure that that mission CANNOT be done if you want to side with the BoS right? I want to get the BoS ending in this playthrough but I also really want to do this mission as well but I cant continue since the mission requires me to continue working with father and father wants to do mass fusion which is a turning point with both parties based on your choice.

Correct, you can start Underground Undercover, but not finish it if you want to side with the Brotherhood, because finishing it requires you to do the Mass Fusion mission for the Institute, rather than the Spoils of War mission for the Brotherhood.
