Any point of Syringe gun?
I decided to try out pacifist path and get myself pax syringes in order to pacify enemies. Sadly, it's ineffective because by time you manage to hit target, you can be already half the health. I usually stock up stats above before boosting the healing, fortune finder (guns and ammo) and leader perk. So, where could I find more resources to make pax ammo because so far I had nine, but it's simply not enough to pacify entire gang of Triggermen in the train station.

Short answer is no, long answer is definitely not

The idea is fun but the execution leaves to be desired, especially because syringes require too many obscure components to be crafted en masse, so 99.9% of the time you'll just be better with a gun (or a stealth boy if you don't want to kill people)

The only use I've found for the syringer is to use bloatfly larva to farm legendaries.

Otherwise, it's very underwhelming. Still better than the acid soaker though!

No its pretty much useless. Unless you are just going to console command yourself all the crafting ingredients to make it viable.

That was exactly my problem as well. I grinded very hard trying to find all components and even then only could make 9 syringes. Stealth boys are op in NV and are useless in F4 when you get too close and enemy spots you anyway, it's especially harder in liminal tunnels like at stations or Corvega.
I don't feel that bad taking out raiders, triggermen and absolutely the gunners, it's you or them, but damn, when its over 300 npcs killed, it feels wrong especially for main character from pre-war, I doubt Nate even killed that many on front lines.

i tried using the syringer on a tough quest where i was trying to kill someone (radient quest i think) and i was trying to do it without pissing off everyone in the building (it was in goodneighbor)

long story short i was unsuccessful. that weapon is crap for stealth. XD

To play a pacifist build you really need a mod like better pacifist then go heavy into charisma to get the perks needed. If you really want to use the syringer the better option are the fear type darts that make the enemy run away. I also recommend going a solo route, that mod give some of the companions like Piper and Nick weapons that have pacification ability. They still are mostly in the way though so once combat starts it can be hard to get a shot off without their interference.

My personal experince is that (unless using some mod added thing to improve it) an upgraded 10mm seemed to work better than a syringer.

The "pacifist path" is not a true pacifist path. Those who did it just encouraged others to do the fighting.

S.R.O. - Syringer Overhaul is quite nice. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47628

I thought you were supposed to use it on really tough enemies to make them sleep and then use the Sandman perk to kill them. Sort of a one shot solution rather than having it out with a bullet sponge.
Never tried it tho, cuz I'm not buying the Sandman perk on the off chance I get a syringer and some sleep shots.

The acid soaker would be fun if its damage level was more like mirelurk queen spittle instead of being so weak.

I suggest getting a mod s by Flashy Joe - he adds things like Flashbang grenades and Flashbang mines

Can I find this mod on CreationClub or is it on Nexus?
I know that CC is a big no no, but I kind of try following canon/vanilla game and it sometimes includes the mods or DLCs.
