Game Crashing when using junk mods

The only weight mod is '' Carry Weight Modifications '' . The game will run for hours . I have a sleep disorder so the record is around 4 1/2 days And the game won't crash . However , as
Soon as I use a '' junk weight '' mod ( and believe me , I've tried most to all of the English language version s } the game will instantly crash to to the stage to where the game ( and all the game files ) has to be deleted and reinstalled again and again for the game to work .
All the junk mod worked on this game worked until ( this time I got hacked ) a hard drive failed , This time I'm at a loss to figure out whats going on .

Use the Cheat terminal instead. It has a "personal storage" function where you can store all your stuff. Never carry more than 3x your carry weight because three round trips from Sanctuary to Corvega to carry loot back is about how long it takes for a cell reset (and everything would disappear). Life is too short to spend traveling back and forth to ferry loot.

i'd stop using the mod that causes crashes and find an alternative.

are you just trying to cheat your carry weight?

this mod has been my favorite cheat tool for like a year now

I'll try answering your questions as best I can ,

I always assumed that '' Cheat Terminal '' was the same as '' Dr. Mobius Infinite Stash '' ( which I use ) clashes with '' settlement Objects Menu '' which I have installed .

I also use an alternate start mod that gives all the Special perks and most of chart perks , Combined with the mod '' The Super Perks '' , I'm now virtually indestructible out the box . I
know some of you don't like this type of game play But I'm old enough to be able to now enjoy retirement .

I have a fairly extended list on how in/reinstall the game and set it up for mods ( thanks for that Shadowrun ) I've done this so many times ( damn dirty hard drives ! ) , Maybe I've missed something somewhere .

The only ''junk mod '' I that worked was for me was mean't for Survivor mode . It apparently
worked outside of survivor And I think ( along with 40 others ) it's gone ''offshore'' .

what the cheat terminal mod is, is a holotape that you pop in to your pip-boy, and it brings up a menu full of different ways you can cheat. i would imagine most of the commands you choose get executed directly through the console.

i've never heard of settlement objects menu, you mean settlement objects expansion pack? can you link me to it on nexus?

as far as i know cheat terminal won't interfere with any other mods. you just do whatever cheat you want on-the-fly from the pip-boy.

also, wait until you see my current load-out. i started using vortex and it caused me to download a couple hundred mods ^_^

The settlement mods are different mods and now I remember why I didn't download the ''expansion mod'' because It looks like it's big for my laptop .

As for ''Cheat Terminal '' ( been around since I modding this game ) Once I saw it , I also remembered it used to be manual download only . I also have A.D.D. , so i usually avoid manually downloading mods unless the instructions are clear enough for me to understand .
I decided to give it go ( disable easy lockpicking and hacking mods ) and hoping this doesn't going to be another crash fest .
