I cant remove that mod from the game after i installed it,i disabled it and deleted from my pc together wih all other mods and reainstalled game,but still when i hold T and go to perks screen i sttill have buged page from that mod and i cant use lvl up eny perk or attribute cas they are not there,so pls how do i remove that mod?

If you're using a save that was using the mod then it won't work, try to reload back to a save before you added it

I would yust start a new game,but when i start new game it keeps loading forever and it wont start so i have to use a saves,do u know why i it wont start new game?

disabled,and when i seen it doesnt work i uninstalled i and then deleted.

After you got rid of NMM did you delete your game directory and reinstall the game? NMM has a nasty habit of not removing mod files when you uninstall them. To me it sounds like there are leftover files from Be Exceptional in your Data directory.

The bigger problem is that i cant start new game cas it stucks loading forever,if i ould start new game i wouldnt have to use old save.

I have found that if you are getting rid of NMM its just better to uninstall FO4, delete everything in the steam directory, and then reinstall FO4. Its a pain, but it solves so many problems in the future.
