Creation Club files not active

I have gotten a few free and purchased mods from the creation club (I really wanted the dogs, ok, don't judge). I can see all the .esl files in NMM, the boxes checked, but all the .esl files, including the game and DLC, are greyed out and can't be selected.

Free mods that use CC content also won't work because it says the CC mod in question is disabled.

WTF do I do to fix this? Wish I had noticed before I spent money...

Make sure they are installed. If you reinstalled the game it does NOT automatically reinstall CC items for you.

Which version of the nmm are you using. The older version before they patched it on github will not work with the esl files even though they can be seen

I have v 0.65.2
And I downloaded their new "vortex" mod manager and I hate it....

OK, I downloaded the newest verson and changed all the CC files with FO4Edit. Removed the ESL and ESM flags and now they work.

Actually better to have left them with the esl and esm flags, and tweaked the mods that conflicted as the esl gives you another 250 mods to use
